Health Up Coaching

Not every employee is aware of the health risks of working long hours in the office. Sitting all day, being sedentary along with work stress impacts the health of modern working professionals. 

However, data is showing that awareness of these health risks are being acknowledged by Millenials and Gen Z. 

The problem is they do not always have the best information on how to improve their health or how to adopt healthy habits without compromising their career.

Health Up helps companies improve the overall health of their employees. We provide professional coaching services for busy working professions that have a hectic work schedule.

We offer both on-site and online fitness classes for your employees. We also have seminars geared towards a healthier lifestyle. Topics include how to eat healthy and ways to prepare nutritious meals when low on time.

We are a team of fitness coaches, physiotherapists, and dietitians that specialize in helping multinational organizations and corporations. 
 

Our mission statement is to support corporate professionals in reducing their risk of chronic diseases such as atherosclerosis, diabetes, hypertension, and lower back pain.

Who are we?

KASIA URBANIAK

FITNESS GIRL

Kasia is a certified REPs level III personal trainer with a long term experience at the gym and with hosting fitness classes. As an unexpected twist, Kasia has started her fitness life journey working on IT project for one of the biggest health and wellness programs in Asia "`Vitality". 

Kasia is a master graduate from Chinese University of Hong Kong, where she first started working with digital fitness IT programs. This helped Kasia to share her unique perspective on corporate employees health and wellbeing and make her dedicated to help people achieve the healthy balance between work and healthy habits. 

Over the years, Kasia had a chance to observe corporate employees at work in Hong Kong, Warsaw, Paris and Zurich. Regardless the location, corporate employees are exposed to long term seated position, lack of awareness in terms of protecting themselves from risks that come with a busy professional lifestyle. Kasia has made the same mistakes as any of her colleagues did but gradually learnt how to improve and build up healthy habits. 

Now, Kasia is dedicated to share this knowledge and experience with others. This is Kasia's "Why" and this is why Health Up came to be. " I want to teach my office friends that they don't have to drastically change their lives, resign from work or going on sick leaves when they begin to feel back pain. It's enough that they employ simple methods and sustainable habits to reduce to minimum risks related to long term sitting and chronic diseases. " 

TIM LIU

Tim Liu is an online fitness and nutrition coach based in Los Angeles. He specializes in helping busy professionals lose fat and build muscle without having to live in the gym. 

 

He teaches his clients healthy habits so they can reach their goals and maintain it for life. 

 

Tim has worked with an extensive list of corporate clients to help with their employee wellness such as Spotify, RAPP, Kaiser Permanente, and Riot Games.

ANNA PAWEŁKO

Anna is a certified yoga teacher. Anna teaching style employes unique "Yoga Beat" method. 

Anna also is licenced in classic "Ashtanga yoga" and "Vinyasa yoga". Anna is a very positive and ever smiling instructor. In her trainings, she combines empathy, balanced flow with high intensity. 

For Anna yoga means a peaceful moment for body and mind. 

EWA KĄDZIOŁKA

Ewa is a personal trainer and motor preparation trainer with numerous certifications. In her work, Ewa relies on the principle of healing movement (not only the body but also the mind). Building physique at the gym is great but that's not everything. With educational background in physiotherapy, Ewa helps people who have suffered an injury or chronic pain to return fully to physical activity. Training is primarily the prevention of injuries and lifestyle diseases such as overweight, depression, diabetes, cardiovascular and endocrine diseases which are primarily risks for busy professionals. 

 

In each class Ewa focuses on teaching correct movement patterns, improving mobility, fitness and increasing strength. This translates into an increase in the quality of life of people training with her.
